Trainee IT Problem & Performance Analyst

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Europe's leading IT performance and stability consultancy. You'll get to work with a great team of people and learn industry-leading performance and problem analysis techniques.

The Role

The role involves the investigation and analysis of complex IT problems. The work is carried out at our office and on customer sites. You will be dealing with the latest technologies used by Europe's leading organisation's. There will be a steep learning curve, involving a mixture of external and internal training.

The Candidate

You should have a degree in Computer Science or a similar subject having attained a grade of 2:1 or better. You should have a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of operating systems, databases, networks and programming techniques. You'll also need a current UK Driving License. Due to the nature of our work, all new employees are checked using PES (Pre Employment Screening).

 

 

We are currently expanding our business with a new venture in Saudi Arabia. You should be willing and able to occasionally work in the Kingdom on short projects of up to 2 weeks.

Above all, we are looking for a candidate who has a sharp analytical mind, the ability to devise innovative solutions to diagnostic problems and a dogged determination to succeed.

The Facts

  • Starting salary of £25 - 30k
  • Package includes pension contribution and health insurance
  • 20 days vacation per year rising to 23 days
