September 2011 - Advance7 publishes RPR: A Problem Diagnosis Method for IT Professionals, a manual that provides a full description of RPR and its uses.

December 2010 - Advance7 have again donated their Christmas card budget to charity for 2010. This year we have chosen to donate to Help for Heroes. The charity raises money to support members of the Armed Forces who have been wounded in the service of their country. http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/
