6th January 2009 - We are pleased to announce that an international investment bank in London has become the first organisation to pilot Advance7's RPR Deployment Programme.

28th January 2009 - Today, Advance7 began an RPR proof of concept project at one of the UK's leading retail banks.

17th March 2009 - Details about the RPR problem investigation and diagnosis method are added to TSO's Best Practice Live website.

On Thursday 5th November 2009, Advance7 hosted a free seminar entitled "Problem Management in the Real World". The seminar was very well attended by IT professionals with a particular interest in the role of problem management. Our three presentations from Domestic & General, Pink Elephant and Thomson Reuters promoted much discussion, and the Q&A session at the end of the morning raised a lot of interesting and thought provoking questions.
