Personal data means any information that may be used to identify you, such as your name, title, phone number, email address, or mailing address. We expect the personal data to relate to the contact information you use in business. We do not require or attempt to obtain personal data relating to your life outside of work. Websites

Use of Cookies

We use cookies to ensure correct operation of the websites and to maintain state information, for example, to avoid repeatedly presenting to you a form you have already completed. The cookies are stored on your computer and passed to our website when you access the website. We don’t store cookie information.

For your convenience, our websites may include links to other websites not owned or controlled by Advance7. These sites may gather personal data and you should check the privacy policy for each site you visit through these links.

Marketing Activity

Through general marketing activity and sales activity, we invite people to subscribe to our marketing information. We use a service provider called MailChimp to provide the subscription mechanism, store the resulting marketing list data and provide marketing mechanisms. Provided that give us consent, we will use the personal data you provide to send you information in the categories of:

  • Events being arranged by Advance7 or in which we are participating
  • New products and services
  • News about Advance7
  • White papers and case studies

We want to send to you only the information that interests you, and so we provide a subscription management mechanism that allows you to subscribe to any, all or none of these categories of information. If you have previously given us consent to send you marketing information, from time-to-time we may ask you to reconfirm your subscription.

Each time we send you marketing information we will offer you the option to unsubscribe from our marketing list.

Sales Activity and Account Management

If you contact us to discuss an opportunity for us to work with you, we will add your name, company name, company address, job title, email address and phone numbers to our Salesforce sales management system. This information will be used to liaise with you regarding opportunities and also for account management and commercial purposes should you become a customer. We will invite you to opt-in to our marketing activity as described above.

Sharing Personal Data with Others

We don’t share your personal data with others.

We use Google Analytics to monitor the use of our websites to:

  • Measure the success of marketing activity
  • Confirm correct site operation
  • Drive improvements to the site structure and content
